Aloha in the Hawaiian culture is a word used for love, affection, peace, compassion and mercy. Just like the above description the founder wanted to be a walking embodiment of the word, and what better way to do that than through acts of kindness towards the less fortunate, the needy, the hopeless, the vulnerable members of the society. A hope in motion is what he calls it, there is nothing that brings back hope in the eyes of someone used to only seeing the cruelty of mankind than getting assistance from a total stranger who in that moment was at the right place , right time to offer the much needed assistance.
Desperate to change that, Aloha a charity-based organization was formed in 2017 to help those in need as well as to inspire others who on a normal day will turn the other cheek to those in need.
THE ALOHA EXPERIENCE
Aloha foundation wants to spread a message of hope and compassion. We believe that a single act of kindness can make an absolute difference in the community and that collective action can greatly impact the world- the ripple effect.
At Aloha we aim at creating a platform where young energetic people can create, plan and execute charity-based initiatives an through this initiative we hope to bring people together to help those who cannot help themselves.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Helping, Healing, Caring
Here at Aloha, we are driven by a single goal, to do our part in making the world a better place for all. We know that our strength lies not only in the words we stand
by but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. We are impelled to spread love to the neglected members of the society and hopefully by doing so we can inspire others to do the same as well as join us as we carry out our initiatives.
Our motto is “Live Life with Love” and how best can we do that??
it’s by making a positive difference to those who we interact with through our charity-based initiatives.
TARGET GROUPS
We aim at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our biggest challenges in our societies by providing assistance to the neglected and vulnerable members of the society and more so the residents in children homes, elderly homes as well as street families. We also provide assistance to animal shelters that take in abused and neglected domestic animals such as dogs, cats, donkeys, horses, guinea pigs etc.
We carry out Community outreach programs to better understand and help the communities we identify that require help, our programs are mostly centered on helping children below the ages of 18 years as we provide mentorship as well as
counselling sessions so as to mold them to responsible and hardworking persons in the society.
